Welcome to Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for participating in our pub crawl events.

1. General Terms

1.1 – These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants of Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl.

1.2 – Participants must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) as required by UK licencing laws.

1.3 – Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant who does not comply with these terms.

2. Ticket Purchase & Refund Policy

2.1 – All tickets must be purchased in advance through our official website (pubcrawledinburgh.com) or authorised vendors.

2.2 – Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases where Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl cancels an event.

2.3 – Tickets are transferable to another date with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

2.4 – No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

3. Code of Conduct

3.1 – Participants are expected to drink responsibly and behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, and venue employees.

3.2 – Any participant displaying aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour may be removed from the event without refund.

3.3 – Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

3.4 – Any damage caused by a participant to a venue or other individuals is the participant’s responsibility.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 – Participants acknowledge that consuming alcohol involves inherent risks, and they assume full responsibility for their actions and wellbeing.

4.2 – If a participant becomes too intoxicated or unwell, Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl staff may ask them to leave the event for their own safety.

4.3 – Participants should stay with the group at all times; Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl is not responsible for individuals who leave the crawl early.

4.4 – Our pub crawls are not wheelchair accessible. Service animals are allowed.

5. Liability and Indemnity

5.1 – Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in the event.

5.2 – By purchasing a ticket, participants agree that Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage suffered as a result of their voluntary participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

5.3 – Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl against any claims, losses, or damages arising from their actions or behaviour during the event.

6. Photography and Media

6.1 – By attending, participants consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

6.2 – If a participant wishes to opt out of photography, they must inform a staff member at the beginning of the event.

6.3 – Any personal data collected in connection with the event will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on our website.

7. Event Changes and Cancellations

7.1 – Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl reserves the right to modify the route, venues, or schedule without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

7.2 – In case of event cancellation, ticket holders will be offered a rescheduled date or full refund.

7.3 – Ebrius Edinburgh Pub Crawl shall not be liable for cancellation or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue closures, public safety concerns, or instructions from authorities.

8. Governing Law

8.1 – These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
